One trusted list, instead of a search engine gamble
This page doesn't contain new information — it's a curated directory of the official sources behind everything covered in the Driver Quick Guides, gathered in one place so you don't have to search for them one at a time.
Every link below goes directly to an official government or industry-administered source — FMCSA, the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, IFTA/IRP, and similar programs. Clear To Roll does not operate, control, or speak on behalf of any of these external websites. We simply help you find them, and help you keep your own records organized once you've used them.
Real scams target the exact systems drivers rely on
FMCSA has publicly warned about phishing scams impersonating its own systems — including a specific alert about fraudulent emails targeting entry-level driver training providers, sent from addresses designed to look official. Government agencies will never ask for payment or personal information through an unsolicited email link.
Searching for these tools yourself means wading through sponsored ads, look-alike domains, and paid "processing services" before you find the real site. Bookmarking a short, verified list once — and coming back to it — is a simple way to make sure you're always looking at the source itself, not an imitation of it.
How to tell you're on the real site

Official federal sites generally use a .gov or .dot.gov address (for example, fmcsa.dot.gov or clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov) and show a secure padlock in the address bar. Some official directories still run on other trusted domains — the links below are verified regardless of the exact domain pattern.

No government agency will request payment or personal information through an unsolicited email link. If an email asks you to "verify" account details or pay a fee through a link, go to the official site directly instead of clicking through.

Several of these tools require a Login.gov account (the Clearinghouse and DataQs, among others). Always create or access that account by going directly to the official site — never through a link forwarded in an email or text.

Some programs are coordinated nationally but administered locally. IFTA, IRP, and UCR each have a national organization, but your actual account, filings, and any audit are handled by your base jurisdiction — your state or provincial agency — not by the national organization directly.

Some lookups are free and public, others require registration. The SAFER Company Snapshot and PSP registration are free to search or set up; ordering a full PSP report carries a small per-report fee. The resource cards below note where you'll need an account.
