Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription according to the current billing and plan-change terms. Changes take effect according to the current subscription and billing logic.

Yes. Clear To Roll subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not refund monthly subscription fees that have already been charged.

After cancellation, access may continue through the end of the current paid billing period. Before canceling, you can download a complete file ZIP export from Account & Billing. The ZIP includes your uploaded records, emailed documents, saved files, and a manifest. A one-time ZIP export option is available if you cancel. Users remain responsible for saving copies of records they need.

No. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or expressly approved by Clear To Roll in writing.

Pricing, features, packet limits, and add-on services may be updated through Clear To Roll's admin settings and customer notices.
